Who am I

My name is Yu Fan and I come from China, this is my second year in SCSU, Finance is my majoy or maybe not. Because I am not sure about my major right now, but probably it’s about business. In my admission information, my major is International Business, but after I talk with my parents they said Finance maybe is better, this is why I said I am not but probably it’s about business. So if you ask me why I will choose Business to my major? I will say because I am very interest to meet new people, and I have many friends. For business job interpersonal relationship is very important, and I have strong faith that I am pretty good at this way. Actually for interpersonal relationship it’s just one way, another way was rich. We know most of rich people are business man; they are very successful and have pretty comfortable life. So I am very envy and longing this life “Money is not everything, but no money is totally unacceptable” I am very believe it, so if I choose business I will have opportunity to achieve my dream and this is why I want to become a business man.
Before I come to America I really do not believe, that one day English will become the very important part in my life, because when I was young I am really dislike English and affect me usually get F for English class, so I was studied English in IEC about 2 years before I go to college. Life is very fickle and uncertain; right now I am in the US and using English every day that is very interesting for me.
Ok except that I am cooker, a Chinese food cooker.  Chinese food is diverse. Because of China has a vast land, so different place have the different climate and habits, and after a long time different place have they special food style. So in our country we name it ‘South prefer rice, north prefer noodle’ that rice is the staple food for South and North will use wheat to make the food, such as noodle and dumplings. And we have another call from taste: 'Southern sweet, North salty, East acids and West spicy.'  So totally for Chinese food we have four style, we call them: Bashu, Qilu, Huaiyang, Guangdong, Fujian. I have very good heoretical knowledge about how to cook food, and at least myself always believe that I am good cooker. This is me, Yu Fan.
